How can I track my order? 

Shortly after your order is placed you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, which will contain your tracking number.  This tracking number can be used on shipper's  site to view the latest check-in of your package.  Packages are usually shipped via USPS or UPS.

How do you ship to protect against warm weather?

We ship using the best option to get your chocolates delivered in their best condition.  In warm weather, each package is packed with frozen gel packs for protection from the heat.  It is important to ship to an address where the package can be delivered indoors and not left outside. 

During the summer months (generally April through October), orders are only shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent the chocolate from melting over the weekends.  Please consider this when placing your order.  We try to keep the chocolate in the best condition possible; however chocolate begins to melt in temperatures above 65 degrees.  We CANNOT guarantee the condition of the chocolate in warmer weather.  Product is shipped from Utah so please be aware that "standard" ground shipping can take up to 5 days once shipped.

Please note that for summer orders, we STRONGLY suggest you choose the 2nd day or next day expedited shipping option, so your package can arrive in a timely manner to keep your treats from melting.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Please note: Order totals are calculated after discounts. THESE SHIPPING COSTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH.  During warmer months, shipping is only available on 2 DAY AIR AND OVERNIGHT due to the risk of the chocolate melting.



Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

The Utah Truffles website currently ships to contiguous U.S. addresses only, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Utah Truffles does not ship to Canada at this time.  Shipments to an APO/PO address must be sent vis USPS and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.  These orders may take up to 14 business days. 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday-Wednesday are typically shipped the next day after they are received.  However, this is not guaranteed as there are times of the year when it may take longer to ship due to larger volume of orders coming in.  If you need your order by a specific date, please notify us or put a message in the notes.  We will do our best to accommodate requests.

If an order comes in after Wednesday, it would be held to ship on the following Monday.  This prevents the shipment from being stored in a carrier’s unconditioned space during transit.
