Returns Policy


Returns will be accepted for unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and if we elect to have the product returned to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of delivering your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Shipping


We can ship to the lower 48 states. Currently we cannot ship outside the United States. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. You will be notified if your order is delayed for any reason. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping via UPS is also available and applicable charges are found in the shipping menu.


Warm Weather Shipping


During warm weather months (generally May through September) we ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid having your order sit in a hot warehouse or post office over weekends. Thus orders received Thursday through Sunday are shipped the following Monday. We take care to pack your order in insulation and frozen gel packs. However, the gel packs only last about 2 days. If you chose to ship ground and it takes longer than 2 days, or if someone is not available to retrieve the order as soon as it is delivered and it is left out in the sun for any length of time, we cannot be responsible for resulting heat damage. Please have someone available to accept your order as soon as it arrives. We may apply an additional handling charge to cover the cost of heat protective measures.
